Often people ask us what is the best time to have impressions done. We can take impressions from as early as 20 minutes old, and to capture that newborn baby look we recommend anywhere from birth to 2 months, but the oldest we have ever done is 85 years of age.

Don't despair! We come to you with a catalogue and a comprehensive kit that you can choose from, while your children play in the comfort of their own home, at no extra cost.
We will also deliver your frame to serviced areas, when it's complete, at no extra cost.

Detail is the most important part of your hand/foot/paw impressions, because of this we only use the highest quality moulding material and do not cut corners by diluting it, to save on cost, as this will only result in a poor quality product with little detail. To ensure no loss of detail, all impressions are painstakingly hand cleaned and hand painted (you will find no damaging spray paints here). Because of this, we are able to offer a LIFE TIME GUARANTEE on our frames for mould, mildew and tarnishing.
Forget-Me-Not Impressions considers that these are your personal art works and as such should not (and do not) have our Logo plastered all over the front of them. For your convenience we do place our details on the back so that you may have us on hand as you need us, without disturbing your visual space on the front.
Our pricing includes us coming to you at home and deliverying to you as well.
Deposit: $100 dollars per frame ordered, at the time of the appointment. Remainder is payable 1 week before the due date or delivery, which ever is the sooner.
Payment Options: Cash, Direct Deposit, Credit Card (2% Bank Surcharge) Pay Pal (2.5% Surcharge). Payment is to be made and cleared in our account before delivery is made.
Lay-by:
Deposit terms as above with a direct debit system set up to be taken over a time frame suitable to the customer with a .50c charge for every direct deposit taken .
We are normally able to book you in within a week of contacting us and at most 2 weeks. We come to you and deliver (to serviced areas) when your Impressions are complete.
These time frames are of course only approximate as we are dependant on suppliers and customers them selves being able to provide the necessary items with in the time frame. If we are waiting on products from the customer to complete the order, then we require them no later than 4 weeks from the date of the appointment to be able to deliver around the due date.
PLEASE NOTE:
To be fair to all customers, if the items are received after this time then your order will be put at the end of the production line. This is to ensure that other customers orders are not put behind schedule.
If we are waiting on items for more than 1 month after the due date then a storage fee of $50 will be charged , unless you have contacted us and made other arrangements.
We will call you when your impressions are complete to organise delivery.
